Robotic Palletizing – Multiple sized bags

Bag Line included product infeed conveyor, check weigh, product conditioning, incline conveyor, pick-up conveyor, pallet dispenser with slip sheet inserter, pallet staging conveyor, pallet discharge with forklift wheel stop, robot pedestal, safety fence with light curtain and bag end effector – Multi size capacity, up to 18 bags/minute.
Case Erector Tape or Staple Head
Fanuc M-20iA/35M
Case Erecting – Left Hand and Right Hand boxes. Tape Head and Staple Head cartridge change out to meet product requirements. Includes box hopper – refillable while system is running, robot stand, case sealing station, discharge conveyor and safety fence.
