Klippenstein Corporation’s Case Formers have been utilized in a variety of industries including the nut (Almond) industry and food industries.  Klippenstein Corporation offers the forming of either FOL or RSC style cases utilizing blanks.  Customer who want to create boxes on demand, now have this option.  The FOL case former is available in a semi-automatic model and a fully automatic model that forms and seals the box, then presents it to the conveying line, ready for loading.  The RSC case former is available in a fully automatic model that creates the manufacture’s seam and then erects & bottom seals the case, also presenting it for loading.  Klippenstein Corporation offers a variety of Case Formers to meet different case sizes and speeds.  High Speed options are included for most models, along with a number of additional options to customize the machine to your specific needs including, but not limited to Casters, Stainless Steel construction, 480V/3Phase power, Spare Parts, Setup and Training.

Our Tray Formers have been utilized in a variety of industries from safety equipment to screen doors.  Our Standard Tray Formers offers a horizontal hopper and hot melt adhesive forming in order to allow for continuous operation. Our Large (Custom) Tray Formers offer pallet hopper transfer and custom sizing, so that bulky applications can be run efficiently.

Our Bliss End Formers have been utilized in the corrugated industry for past decade.  With simplicity of design and speed, Klippenstein Corporation can offer Quad or Tri-Fold Laminators that will accommodate a variety of sizes and needs.  If you want a Laminator to do both Quad and Tri-fold ends, we can do that also with a conversion kit!  Our Semi-Automatic Bliss End Former is now available for smaller applications.
