The model KF806HM is a heavy duty model which offers a vertical hopper with vacuum pick and powered speed up rollers. Electrical motor driven forming mandrel with hardened steel guide rails and hot melt adhesive forming in order to allow for continuous operation. Up to 35CPM performance with powered discharge conveyor with down stream case sensor. Standard 240 Volt/3Phase/60Hz power with 480 Volt as an option. Powder coated finish and zinc plating on all wear surfaces. Fully enclosed safety shields to prevent human contact during operation.
