Case palletizing system includes 2 pallet dispensers, pallet conveyors, pallet staging, pallet discharge to pallet accumulation to stretch wrapping system. Product conveyor, product identification and transfer to correct staging and pickup conveyor. Robotic pedestal and box end effector. Safety fencing with sensors.
Robotic Case & Bag Palletizing – 3 in and 2 out

Case/Bag palletizing system includes pallet dispenser, pallet conveyors, pallet staging, pallet discharge to pallet accumulation to stretch wrapping system. 3 infeed product conveyors and pickup conveyor. Robotic pedestal, two product end effectors with quick release and docking stand and Case/bag & vacuum end effector. Safety fencing with sensors.
De-palletizing & Re-palletizing

Full Pallet Staging, product conveyor, product separation, case labelers, box bump rotators, case staging, pickup conveyor, palletizing conveyor for re-palletizing labeled cases, robot pedestal and vacuum case end effector.
