Klippenstein Corporation’s Pistachio & Walnut – Nut Packaging Line can be configured to meet a variety of needs. Fully Automatic nut packaging line, includes bag insertion and Robotic Palletizing with multiple levels of customization for your specific needs. Klippenstein Corporation can have your pistachios or walnuts boxed and ready for shipment.
Klippenstein Corporation’s Fully Automatic Nut Packaging Line utilizes a tape seal for both the Fully Automatic RSC Case Former and Fully Automatic Case Sealer. Bags can be inserted automatically into the box prior to being indexed under the scale, and then de-cuffed prior to sealing. Once the box is sealed, it is conveyed into the robot cell and stacked for shipment. Automatic shrink-wrapping can also be incorporated into your system.
- KE300TH – Fully Automatic FOL Bottom Case Sealer – Designed and engineered for erecting and bottom tapng of RSC cases. This model uses 2 inch pressure sensitive tape as the seal. Up to 20 Cases per Minute performance on standard 25# Pistachio or Walnut box.
- KV2008 – Fully Automatic Load Station – Designed and engineered for indexing open carton beneath scale for loading, then vibrating load and presenting for case sealing.
- K730TH – Fully Automatic FOL Top Case Sealer – Designed and engineered for versatility, affordability, and reliability. This is a compact model which is built to take minimal space. This model is most suited for Bag-in-Box products as used in the nut industry. Up to 25 Cases per Minute performance.
- Robotic Automatic Palletizer – Klippenstein Corporation is proud to be a Fuji Robotic distributor. We have installed Fuji Robotic palletizers for bag palletizing, case palletizing, and at multiple locations, a single robot that will palletize both bags and cases.
- Palletizing Conveyor – Klippenstein Corporation also can provide the material handling line to position your product for palletizing, as well as automating the positioning of the pallets and slip sheet placement. Our pallet conveyor is design to move full pallets into position for stretch wrapping or straight to loading.
